It started with a simple idea:
Help Our Teachers.
Haddee began during the COVID-19 pandemic as the H.O.T. project—Help Our Teachers. Founder Dandan Pan saw schools close and teaching hours disappear, affecting educators professionally, financially, and socially.
In 2020, a small group of interns helped define and build the first platform. Haddee launched its first class on January 23, 2021.
Today, Haddee carries that founding idea forward by connecting students with experienced educators who provide rigorous academic guidance while helping them build confidence, empathy, and skills for an impactful life.
